This course provides practical first aid skills specifically designed for mountain bikers.
Participants will learn how to respond correctly after a fall, assess injuries, secure accident sites, and administer first measures in the field. The course focuses on realistic scenarios, simple procedures, and clear decision-making structures.
An essential course for anyone who rides trails or alpine terrain regularly.
